Keto Shrimp Scampi Made In Just 5 Minutes

This keto shrimp scampi is made with a flavorful garlic lemon butter sauce and the best keto pasta to create one delicious dish. And it is super easy to make and is done in about 5 minutes! A low carb dinner doesn't get any better than this.


1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

4 Tbsps. Butter

2 Lemon slices

4 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced (or 1 1/2 tbsps. minced garlic)

1 Pound Large Shrimps, Shelled

Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1/4 Cup chicken broth

2 Tbsps. Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley

Keto Pasta Noodles


  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and lemon slices, sauté for 30 seconds. 
  2. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste and sauté for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
  3. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Top with lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Serve over with keto pasta, cauliflower rice, or zucchini noodles.
