Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 Whole egg & 2 egg whites
- ½ Cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup (70g) fresh strawberries
- 1 Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein
- ½ Cup (40g) oats
- 1 ½ Tbsp (12g) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions
- In a blender add
- (1) Whole egg + 2 egg whites
- (½) Cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt
- (½) Cup (70g) fresh strawberries
- (1) Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein
- (½) Cup (40g) oats
- (1 ½) tablespoon (12g) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
- Blend until smooth
- Once smooth, cook on a medium heat
- Flip once bubbles form on the top of the pancakes
- Topping is just melted cream cheese with mixed with low calorie pancake syrup
- I use a 1 to 1 tablespoon ratio
