    My Grocery Haul For Gaining Muscle

    A little added commentary to this grocery haul:

    -Immediately after filming this I ate those everything bagels. Late that night Alyssa's response was "ugggh what did you eat?"

    -Those little crostini toast crackers are quite delicious with smoked salmon.

    -I tried the vegetarian fajita mix. When my turkey was hot and fresh it was delicious....now I kind of feel like my turkey tastes like an uncooked hot dog.

    -Those peanut butter Bumpers, well, they're full of peanut butter flavor. They remind me a lot of peanut butter Cap'n Crunch....and yes, even the roof of my mouth thinks so.

    -I've already put a dent in the smoked salmon. It's not something I buy on a regular basis, because well, it costs a fortune. However, I splurged a little today.

    Macros currently: 85g Fat, 500g Carbs (50g fiber), 200g Protein
