25 calorie chocolate covered strawberries
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
- About 14 Strawberries (245g)
- 1 Scoop (30g) chocolate whey protein powder (I used Isopure)
- 2 Tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp (12g) granulated sugar substitute (I used Splenda's sugar blend)
Note
- The amount of water you add may vary depending on the brand of protein powder you use
- Make sure to check the video so you know exactly the consistency to look for
- I used 1 ½ Tbsp of water
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add all of your ingredients with the water last
- Dip and twist strawberries into the chocolate dip
- Lay them upside down on parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour
