    Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Truffles

    Jump to Recipe

Healthy chocolate peanut butter protein truffles. OMG these truffles are soooo good. I've made a batch almost everyday for the past week. Every truffle is only 40 calories. '

Can you tell I've been on a protein truffle kick lately?

    Is it really that apparent?

I think I might have developed a protein truffle obsession. I can't get enough of these lately, and I'm totally ok with that.

5 things you need to know about these:

    1. Bet you can't eat these without smiling (I couldn't anyways)
    2. You'll have a hard time believing these are "protein" truffles
    3. If you do roll the outsides in peanut flour...don't forget to grab some milk
    4. Add your coconut oil in 1 teaspoon at a time (protein powders vary in consistency so you may need more or less to form your truffles)
    5. If you'd like the truffles to harden up a bit, just refrigerate them for 30 minutes or so
