    Healthy homemade cookie dough frozen yogurt recipe. You'll NEVER believe how easy it is to make healthy cookie dough foryo...and it's only 3 Weight Watcher Points Plus per cone. #HealthyIceCream

    Oh my cookie dough!

    My favorite ice cream is, you guessed it, cookie dough. So it only seemed right to come up with a healthier version of cookie dough frozen yogurt.

    Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt

    Ingredients

    • 1 Cookie Dough Quest Bar
    • 1 Cup (227g) non-fat greek yogurt
    • ⅓ Package (12g) sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix
    • 2 tsp (8g) sugar substitute

    Instructions

    1. Break half of a Cookie Dough Quest Bar into tiny pieces
    2. Add it to a microwave safe bowl along with 1 tsp. of water
    3. Microwave for 10 seconds at a time until the bar is liquified
    4. Now mix in:
    5. (1) Cup (227g) non-fat greek yogurt
    6. (⅓) Package (12g) sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix
    7. (2) tsp. (8g) sugar substitute...(or to taste)
    8. Once everything is thoroughly combined:
    9. Break the other half of your Quest Bar up and add bits into your froyo
    10. Freeze for around 2 hours
