Oh my cookie dough!
My favorite ice cream is, you guessed it, cookie dough. So it only seemed right to come up with a healthier version of cookie dough frozen yogurt.

Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt

- Total Time: 2 hours 5 mins

Ingredients
- 1 Cookie Dough Quest Bar
- 1 Cup (227g) non-fat greek yogurt
- ⅓ Package (12g) sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tsp (8g) sugar substitute
Instructions
- Break half of a Cookie Dough Quest Bar into tiny pieces
- Add it to a microwave safe bowl along with 1 tsp. of water
- Microwave for 10 seconds at a time until the bar is liquified
- Now mix in:
- (1) Cup (227g) non-fat greek yogurt
- (⅓) Package (12g) sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix
- (2) tsp. (8g) sugar substitute...(or to taste)
- Once everything is thoroughly combined:
- Break the other half of your Quest Bar up and add bits into your froyo
- Freeze for around 2 hours
