    Healthy Cannoli Dip Recipe

Jan 27, 2016 The Diet Chef

    Jump to Recipe

The best tasting healthy cannoli dip you'll ever make. Seriously, just like the real thing. Every serving has almost 10g of protein and only 2g of fat. #healthy #Cannoli #Dip

Holy cannoli dip this stuff's amazing.

I shamelessly ate most of that bowl (pictured above) with a spoon shortly after the photo was taken. Luckily the macros on this dip are pretty great (only about 450 calories and almost 35g of protein). More on the macros later though.

    This cannoli dip is...

    Wonderfully creamy

    Smooth

    Filled with decadent chocolate morsels

    & Most of all

    Guilt-free

Cannoli dip is an annual holiday tradition for my family. So, I definitely wanted to share this recipe with you guys. If I hadn't gotten the idea to do the Super Dip series before the holidays I would have come out with this recipe much, much sooner. If you've never had the wonderful experience that is cannoli dip, or you just never thought to healthify it, prepare to fall in love. Honestly, I had a spoonful, and then 10 more. So be careful.

    This stuff's addicting!

If you make this cannoli dip, don't forget to snap a pic and tag it #thedietchef on Instagram.
And of course, you can always watch this recipe, and many many more on The Diet Chef YouTube Channel

Awe thank you so much! I've spent plenty of hours trying to make both of them the best I can :) ... On to your question, unfortunately I don't think you'd get the right consistency with cottage cheese.
