In fact, it's 4 ingredients simple:
Almond Milk
Frozen Strawberries
A Frozen Banana
And Vanilla Protein Powder
And the craziest thing...there isn't even any ice cream in it! Nope, there isn't, but you'd swear that there was, given how creamy it is (thanks frozen banana). Seriously though, this is one of those, "you might need a spoon instead of a straw" kinds of shakes. And lets be honest, those are the best types milkshakes anyway.
