I love peanut butter. There was even a time that you could say I was obsessed with peanut butter (I ordered 30lbs of PB2 in bulk once). So, you can imagine how excited I got when I stumbled across this recipe. Lets be honest, besides chocolate, the next best thing to dip fruit in is peanut butter. At-least I think so.
Here are some convincing reasons to try this dip:
- There's peanut butter in it, and peanut butter makes everything better
- It takes less than 5 minutes to make
- There are only 3 ingredients
- Every serving has about 10g of protein
Honestly guys it's probably the easiest dip you will ever make. Plus, it really does have a great balance of peanut buttery-ness, creaminess, and sweetness.

So do I Deb! Chocolate chips sound like an amazing addition. I'm going to give that a go next time I make it :)

Hi Joe,
It's Alyssa's cousin Carol Ann. I love that you put the WW smart points on the recipe. I thought I would try substituting Better N peanut butter to cut down on the WW points. The texture is not as creamy but may work, what do you think?
The Diet Chef says
I think it might still work. I've never used that kind of peanut butter before so I'm not 100% sure. But I think if it's not as creamy maybe just a bit more honey and yogurt might do the trick :) So nice to hear from you!
