    BBQ Sauce (Low Carb/Calorie)

Aug 5, 2015 The Diet Chef

    Jump to Recipe

The EASIEST healthy BBQ sauce recipe ever. This is the best tasting low calorie, low carb, BBQ sauce you will ever have. The Diet Chef #HealthyBBQ #WeightWatchers #HealthyBBQSauce

BBQ sauce is probably my favorite condiment. However, BBQ sauce is typically filled with carb ridden empty calories. So you can imagine my excitement when I came up with this deliciously simple low calorie/carb BBQ sauce. It's got a bit of smoky kick to it, but a nice sweet finish. It's pure yumminess!

    Pros:

8 Calories, 2g Carbs per Tbsp

You can cover EVERYTHING in BBQ sauce guilt-free

    Cons:

You'll have a hard time making enough

If you make this BBQ sauce, don't forget to snap a pic and tag it #thedietchef
And of course, you can always check out this recipe, and many many more on my YouTube Channel
