BBQ sauce is probably my favorite condiment. However, BBQ sauce is typically filled with carb ridden empty calories. So you can imagine my excitement when I came up with this deliciously simple low calorie/carb BBQ sauce. It's got a bit of smoky kick to it, but a nice sweet finish. It's pure yumminess!

- ¾ Cup (190g) reduced sugar ketchup
- 1 ½ Tbsp (25mL) Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Tbsp (7mL) apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp (12g) granulated sugar substitute
- ¾ Tsp mustard powder
- ¾ Tsp garlic powder
- ½ Tsp chili powder
- ½ Tsp hot sauce
