    Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

    Jump to Recipe

I'm obsessed with this Healthy High Protein Strawberry Frozen Yogurt recipe. I've litterally made it every night this week! It tastes just like strawberry ice cream. #Healthy #Dessert

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Strawberry Frozen Yogurt?!

I think that's how it goes, isn't it?!

    Anyways...

    Summer is here!

For me, summer means swimming pools, popsicles, the beach, salads (lots of salads), drive-in movie theaters, sandals, and of course fro-yo (lots and lots of fro-yo). You'd think that'd be an expensive addiction, but actually most of the time I just make this Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt at home. Plus, the macros are outrageous! Every two scoops has only 100 calories, and over 10g of protein. You won't find macros like that at a yogurt shop, at-least not any yogurt shops by me. And honestly, this strawberry frozen yogurt couldn't be easier to do!

    You'll Only Need:

    4 ingredients

A food processor or a high powered blender

and just a few hours of time - tip: make it the night before so it'll freeze while you sleep.

You guys should also know that strawberry fro-yo typically isn't even my first, second, or even fifth choice when I go out and get some. I'm more of the chocolate, peanut butter, cookies and cream, and birthday cake type of fro-yo lover. But there's just something so delicious and refreshing about homemade strawberry frozen yogurt. Honestly, I think it might be the seeds. And that sounds kind of weird to say (or write), but it's true. When you go to a store and get fro-yo, typically its just flavoring added to yogurt. This recipe actually uses (and is mainly made up of) real strawberries.

So if you're a fro-yo lover like me, you'll definitely want to give this a shot.

3 Things I Used For This Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe:

    1. A high quality A food processor
    2. A good A vanilla whey protein
    3. A 8x4 in. loaf pan to freeze your yogurt
