The book is a detailed weight loss guide that shows you step-by-step how to build a weight loss plan specifically for you.
One of the most frustrating things about dieting is hitting weight loss plateaus. That's why Macros Made Easy also comes along with a spreadsheet to hold you accountable, and track your progress. The spreadsheet will also alert you when you need to make adjustments to your diet so you can continue losing weight, and avoid those annoying plateaus.
I started tracking my macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake) over 6 years ago - and I've lost over 70lbs because of it! Not only have I lost the weight, I've kept it off too. Plus, I didn't eliminate any foods from my diet to do it- and neither will you!

Wow, that turned out great!! Still can’t believe it’s so low in carbs, because it tastes so damn good.
Hi Joe. I did the banana bread and it was great. One thing to ask. When it was cooking in the oven, it was raising perfectly because of the baking powder. But it deflatted when I took it out. Why is that. Do you have any idea? Thanks
Hey Ali!! Sorry it took me a couple days to get back to you. I'm not sure why that might have happened, it's never happened to me before when making this bread. But I looked up why it might occur, and I'll post the link to the website (it was actually pretty interesting) : https://www.livestrong.com/article/553396-how-to-keep-my-banana-bread-top-from-sinking/
This banana bread is great, tasty, moist and fluffy.
I followed the recipe but I substituted the Whey protein powder for a vegan protein powder, the maple syrup for brown sugar(very little), and the walnuts for pecans. I had to bake it for 1 hour and 10 minutes, maybe because I replaced the ingredients or because I used a glass loaf pan.
Next time I'll try it with almond flour.
Thank you for the recipe.
Awe, so happy you like id Natali :)
Hi there!
Makes one loaf and nutrition info is for one slice. How many slices are in the loaf please? And sorry if it is in there but i skimmed over it!
Tessa
10 Slices.
What's the macros if I use almond flour instead of coconut flour?
I made this over 50 times. I love it so much. perfect high protein snack. always turns out perfect !!
I really enjoy this recipe. Obviously, it has a slightly different texture as it's very egg based, but it is great for staying in my macros and I don't feel bad about how satisfying it is. I make one on Sunday, slice, and wrap the pieces individually in the fridge to grab and go for the week. Amazing pre or post workout snack!
Awe I'm so happy you like this one so much :)
