This isn't you're average breakfast quesadilla!
Nope...
This quesadilla is packed with fiber, and protein; Not to mention, it's filled with banana, chocolate, and peanut buttery goodness. Few things rival the warm gooey trifecta of flavors on the inside of these 'dillas. And the crunchiness the tortilla provides is just mouthwatering perfection.
That's why I decided to start my Cinco de Mayo morning off right, and make these.

Breakfast Quesadillas (Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate)
Healthy Breakfast Quesadillas
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 8 mins
- Total Time: 13 mins
- Yield: 1 Quesadilla

Ingredients
- Low-calorie tortilla (Tumaro's is great if you can find it)
- 4Tbsp (24g) PB2
- (½ tsp) of sugar substitute
- Smaller pinch of salt
- (2 ½) tablespoon water
- (¼) of a banana (30g)
Instructions
- Find a low-calorie tortilla (Tumaro's is great if you can find it)
- Now in a dish make your peanut butter:
- Tbsp (24g) PB2
- (½ tsp) of sugar substitute
- Smaller pinch of salt
- (2 ½) tablespoon water
- Mix until creamy
- Now cut up ¼ of a banana (30g) into small slices
- Cover one side of your wrap with your peanut butter
- Add your banana slices to one side
- Now you can add some semi-sweetened chocolate chips to that side to
- Fold your wrap in half
- Spray a skillet with non-stick spray
- Cook on medium, medium-low heat until golden brown
