Keto Brownies made in 1 minute! This is THE BEST, easy to make, fudgy low carb keto brownie recipe you'll make. Plus, each brownie has just 2.5g net carbs, and just a few keto friendly ingredients like almond flour, swerve, and cocoa powder is needed to make them!
The Best Keto Brownies
Saying this is an easy keto brownie recipe is an understatement when it comes to these brownies. Truly, everything about this low carb brownie recipe is easy, easy, easy. That's because all you'll need is just a few standard keto ingredients, a bowl, a plate, and about 5 minutes to make them.
So, if you're not only looking for an easy keto brownie recipe but a quick one too, this is it!
By the way, this recipe only makes 2 brownies.
And in my mind, that's one of the best things about this recipe. I'm not sure about for you, but for me, anytime portion control is built right into a recipe it's a good thing!
So, there's no temptation to eating an entire batch of brownies. Which, I dig!
That said, these easy keto brownies are 100 percent just as rich, just as decadent, and just as fudgy as an entire batch is.
And that's actually another reason why I think this is the best keto brownie recipe. Even though this is a low carb brownie recipe, it doesn't taste low carb.
In fact, I am confident you could fool somebody who's not keto into thinking these were just "normal" brownies!
The Ingredients
Like I've already said, this is an easy keto brownie recipe. And as such, there are very few ingredients needed to make them. Actually, you'll just need 5 ingredients to make this keto brownies recipe!
Here's everything you'll need to make these fudgy brownies:
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- Almond Flour
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Confectioners Swerve
- & Salted Butter
By the way, if you have these ingredients, you can make this 5-minute brookie recipe as well! It combines one of my best brownie recipes with this 1 minute chocolate chip cookie recipe! Quick and easy keto desserts don't get better than those!
Flourless Keto Brownies
Obviously, white or wheat flour isn't used to make these keto brownies.
Instead, these are keto brownies with almond flour. And, yes, flour might be in its name, but it's not flour in the traditional sense. At the end of the day, almond flour is just powdered almonds. There's no flour in it - it's flourless - and it's totally gluten free.
However, I know that some people don't like to use almond flour either because of an allergy or otherwise.
So, let's quickly talk about how to substitute keto brownies with almond flour.
Substituting the Almond Flour Out Of These Low Carb Brownies
First off, the absolute worst thing you can do is substitute the almond flour for coconut flour. You simply cannot substitute the two on a 1:1 basis for one another. Coconut flour is highly absorbent, and almond flour is not.
So don't use coconut flour.
Instead, try using sunflower seed flour. Usually, it can be substituted with almond flour on a 1:1 basis in any recipe.
And, just like keto brownies with almond flour, sunflower seed flour is completely keto-friendly.
How To Make Keto Brownies
So, there's a few different ways you can make these fudy keto brownies depending on your preferences.
Typically you'd make a brownie recipe like this in a mug, because it is a one minute brownie recipe. And you definitely can use a mug - or ramekin - to bake these brownies in the microwave, but they cook great on a plate too.
Also, if you don't own/or want to use a microwave you can bake them in the oven!
However, you also don't have to cook them at all. There's no egg in this keto brownie recipe, so you can eat them as no bake brownies too!
But, I'm pretty sure only a psychopath wouldn't warm up a brownie if given the chance.
Before we put the cart in front of the horse though, let's talk about the ingredients.
How To Make No Bake Keto Brownies
So, this keto brownies recipe can also be no bake if you want it to be. There are no ingredients that have to be cooked, so you can just eat these brownies right after you make them.
If you're planning on making them this way you'll want to follow these steps:
- Add butter and most of the keto chocolate chips to a little bowl and melt them together in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Mix and combine the chocolate chips and the butter until a chocolate sauce forms.
- Now add the rest of the keto chocolate chips to the bowl, and mix those into the sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture into a medium-sized bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix until a thick chocolate brownie dough develops in the bowl.
- Now use your hands to form a ball of dough, and split the dough up into 2 equal pieces.
- Add those pieces to a large plate, and form the shape of a brownie out of them.
- Eat immediately, or store in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
How To Make One Minute Keto Brownies In The Microwave
This 1 minute microwave recipe doesn't differ much from the no bake method. However, there are just a couple of things you'll want to keep in mind if you decide to make these fudgy keto brownies in the microwave.
So, follow these steps:
- Follow steps 1-6 in the "How To Make No Bake Keto Brownies" section above.
- Add half of the dough to a small plate, and form the shape of a brownie out of the dough.
- Microwave For around 20-30 seconds (until warm and gooey. *NOTE: MICROWAVE TIMES WILL VARY depending on the power of your microwave. My microwave is 1100 Watts so keep that in mind, and adjust accordingly.
- Repeat the same process for the other keto brownie.
- Store in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
How To Make Keto Brownies In The Oven
Once again, making these fudgy keto brownies in the oven isn't that much different than the other 2 methods. The only thing is making this keto brownies recipe in the oven takes a little extra time.
So, if you want to make them in the oven follow these steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Follow steps 1-7 in the "How To Make No Bake Keto Brownies" section above.
- Now, take those brownies and add them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for around 5 minutes
- Let the brownies cool a little, and enjoy.
- Store in the fridge for later.
Wrapping It All Up
That is how to make fudgy keto brownies low carb, gluten free, and sugar free in only 1 minute! The chocolate flavor, fudginess, and incredible texture makes these l0w carb keto brownies one of the best brownies that you can make!

The brownies were good. I used bakers chocolate + 1tbsp sweetener, so mine turned out a bit dark chocolate flavour. Would you now how I can tweak the bakers chocolate to be a bit semi sweet chocolate? Thanks.

Can you make these into Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies? Maybe substitute some of the butter with some peanut butter and add a little more almond flour for the missing cocoa powder? Add a few drops of vanilla extract? If you come up with a recipe, let me know. I thought I'd ask the chef to figure it out. The regular chocolate ones are delicious.
