I'm back with another Full Day Of Eating Episode While Dieting episode! The last episode was filmed before my honeymoon, and as I explain in the video, I overindulged a bit on the trip (I gained 5 pounds actually), so it's time to get back on track.
Also, because I indulged soooo much on the vay-cay I've been having some serious "healthy food" cravings - so don't expect "exciting" food choices in this episode.
However, this episode does feature next weeks recipe - Meatball Burritos. And once you see this thing you might wish it was already Monday (the day new recipes come out).
