    Reverse Dieting Full Day Of Eating Ep.3

    This is the first FDOE Vlog of my "reverse diet".

    A lot of you guys know that I've been dieting since March in preparation for my wedding (which happened August 20th). Well, after a loss phase (a diet), you're metabolism has been put through the ringer, and you can't just go back to eating the same amount of calories that you did before dieting. I mean, you could, but you'll gain most, if not all the weight that you lost back.

    That's where Reverse Dieting comes in. It's basically adding calories and macros back into your diet slowly to repair your metabolism and keep weight/fat gains to a minimum in the process. I won't go too far in-depth explaining the process in this blog post, but this is day 1 of that process.

    My macros today are - 50g Fat, 275g Carbs, and 210g Protein.
