Ingredients
- 1 Scoop (30g) of chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 Tbsp (20g) oat flour
- 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp (30mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsp (40g) non-fat greek yogurt
Instructions
- Spray a mug with baking spray
- Add in, and mix all of your ingredients until combined
- Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (1250 Watt microwave used)

Great recipe!! I’ve tried other protein mug brownie recipes and this one had a really nice, moist consistency — not cakey like other recipes. This is the perfect chocolate fix for me while I count macros. Will definitely be making this on a regular basis! :)
