There are so many things to love about this single serve chocolate fudge brownie recipe.
So lets take a second and talk about them…
- Only takes about 1 minute to make
- Full, full, full of chocolatey goodness
- Tons of protein (32g)
- Almost impossible to screw up
Now before we go any further you have to know one thing about this brownie…it’s always best to undercook it. If you overcook it, you’ll be in for a very tough, hockey puck-esque, treat. And trust me, it’s not the kind of treat to look forward to.
The good news is as long as you don’t overcook this brownie, then you really can’t mess it up. That’s because all you need to do is throw everything everything in your mug, mix, and cook!
