    Healthy 1 Minute Mug Brownie

Nov 11, 2015 The Diet Chef

    Jump to Recipe

You seriously have to try this healthy brownie recipe out. Rich, chocolatey, fudgy decadence in 1 minute! Plus, each one packs 32g of protein #Healthy #Brownie

There are so many things to love about this single serve chocolate fudge brownie recipe.

So lets take a second and talk about them...

    1. Only takes about 1 minute to make
    2. Full, full, full of chocolatey goodness
    3. Fudge-tastic
    4. Tons of protein (32g)
    5. Almost impossible to screw up

Now before we go any further you have to know one thing about this brownie...it's always best to undercook it. If you overcook it, you'll be in for a very tough, hockey puck-esque, treat. And trust me, it's not the kind of treat to look forward to.

The good news is as long as you don't overcook this brownie, then you really can't mess it up. That's because all you need to do is throw everything everything in your mug, mix, and cook!

If you try this mug brownie out, don't forget to snap a pic and tag it #thedietchef
And of course, you can always check out this recipe, and many many more on The Diet Chef YouTube channel!

I just made this today, and topped my mug cake with some Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup. It was amazing! Warm and moist and oh so chocolaty! Thanks for another fantastic recipe!

Great recipe!! I’ve tried other protein mug brownie recipes and this one had a really nice, moist consistency — not cakey like other recipes. This is the perfect chocolate fix for me while I count macros. Will definitely be making this on a regular basis! :)
