Wanted to let you know that you've got a fan half-way across the world! (I'm based in Singapore.) Thanks for this awesome recipe! I baked this over the New Year's weekend, and it turned out really well. Excellent macros, and it tasted amazing. Can't wait to try some of your other recipes! Planning to try baking the healthy low-cal pumpkin pie next!

        Sharon!

I apologize this has taken me so long. The day you wrote it I actually showed my fiance your comment...(sometimes it's just unreal to think someone 1/2 way across the world is making these recipes and loving them so much). I hope the pumpkin pie was/is a success! :)

        Cheers!

        Joe

You probably can do 2 Tbsps of ground flax mixed with 6 Tbsps of water to replace the egg whites. I haven't made them this way, but it might work :)
