Gosh, there's so much to love about this recipe. First of all...cookie dough. Who doesn't love cookie dough?! Really, is there anyone who doesn't love cookie dough?! Second of all...banana bread. And the combination of these to food groups (I consider them food groups anyway) is just simply amazing. For all you 90's kids - it's like the food version of when the Power Rangers would join forces (morphin' time) and become the Megazord.

Ingredients
- 1 Mashed banana (110g)
- 3 Scoops (90g) Vanilla Isopure Whey Protein
- 1 Cup (120g) oat flour
- 2 Tbsps (24g) sugar substitute
- ¼ Tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps (28g) mini semi-sweetened chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl add the mashed banana first
- Now add all the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips
- Use a spatula to mix until crumbly
- Once crumbly, add the chocolate chips
- Use your hands to form a ball of dough (this may take several minutes, be patient)
- Make the cookie bites out of the dough
- Place bites on parchment paper and store in the fridge for about an hour
- Keep in an airtight container, or plastic bag, and enjoy over the next several days
