Pizza is one of my guiltiest pleasures. I have a feeling I'm not alone on this one, given the popularity of this pizza recipe on the YouTubes. I mean, when you're 27, and it's a Friday night, there are few things better than eating pizza and watching Netflix. This pizza recipe is the key to my perfect Friday night, while still staying on my diet.

Healthy, Low Calorie, Pizza Recipe
Healthy, high protein, low calorie pizza
- Prep Time: 15 mins
- Cook Time: 30 mins
- Total Time: 45 mins
- Yield: 1 Pizza

Ingredients
- Medium/Large head of cauliflower
- 1 ¼ Cups (142g) fat free cheese
- ¾ Cup (87g) low calorie pizza sauce
- Low-fat turkey pepperoni
- 2-3 Egg whites
- Tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ Tsp garlic salt
- ½ Tsp garlic powder
- ½ Tsp onion powder
- ½ Tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Cut-off cauliflower stem and rinse
- Use a knife to cut cauliflower into florets
- Place into a blender/food processor and process until rice consistency
- Evenly distribute cauliflower in a pyrex baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Let your cauliflower cool for 15 minutes
- Now transfer your cauliflower to a bowl lined with a thin dish cloth
- Strain AS MUCH liquid as you can from your cauliflower
- Take your cauliflower dough and add in:
- (½) Cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
- (2-3) egg whites
- (1) teaspoon italian seasoning
- (½) teaspoon garlic salt
- (½) teaspoon garlic powder
- (½) teaspoon onion powder
- (½) teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
- Combine ingredients
- Cover a pizza sheet in parchment paper
- Form a thin circular crust on the sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and apply:
- Low-Calorie pizza/spaghetti sauce
- Fat-free mozzarella
- and Pepperoni or your toppings of choice
- Bake again until golden brown
