    Pumpkin Spice Fat Bomb Essentials

    • Food Scale - so you can weigh out the ingredients as accurately as possible
    • Cream Cheese - This is what we're using for the base of our fat bombs
    • Confectioners Erythritol - I like to use this in all my fat bomb recipes because it dissolves so much better than the granulated kind
    • Pure Pumpkin - Make sure you use PURE PUMPKIN and not pumpkin pie mix...they are not the same thing
    • Mini-Muffin Tray - you'll need one of these to store/form your fat bombs
    • Hand Mixer - This just makes mixing everything together so much easier

I absolutely love these!!! They are by far the tastiest fat bombs I've made, and I've made a lot of different kinds. I even used this recipe to make keto cheesecakes on top of keto snickerdoodle cookies as the crust. Thank you for sharing such a simple and delicious recipe!
