    No Bake Protein Brownies

    Healthy no bake brownie recipe. These brownies are amazingly simple to make  and each one has 14g protein. The Diet Chef #Healthybrownies #WeightWatchers

    How good do these look?!

    Well I can assure you they taste even better.

    5 Words that come to mind when I think about these brownies...

    Gooey,

    Chocolatey,

    Salty,

    Peanut Buttery,

    Goodness!

    Does that count as six because of peanut buttery? Oh well. The point is these are pretty fantastic. And really a breeze to make.

    The hardest part is not eating them before they set!

    Peanut butter, pretzel, no bake chocolate brownies

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups (112g) fat-free pretzel sticks
    • 15 Tbsp (90g) PB2
    • 10-12 ½ tablespoon water
    • 2 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bars

    Extra Chocolate Protein Topping

    • 1 ½ scoops (45g) chocolate whey protein (I used Isopure)
    • 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
    • 1 Tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 ½ Tbsp of water

    Instructions

    1. Pour 3 cups (112g) fat-free pretzel sticks into a zip-lock bag
    2. Crush until breadcrumb-like consistency forms
    3. Add into a large bowl and set aside
    4. In a small bowl add 15 tablespoon (90g) PB2
    5. Along with 3 ½ tablespoon water
    6. Mix until crumbly consistency and add into the pretzels
    7. Break 2 Chocolate Brownie Quest bars into tiny pieces and add to a small dish
    8. Along with 3 tablespoon of water
    9. Microwave in 10 second intervals until bars liquify
    10. Once liquified add them into the rest of your ingredients
    11. As well as another 4-5 tablespoon of water
    12. Mix until thick pretzely, peanut buttery, brownie dough forms
    13. Mold your dough into a 9X9 tray coated with non-stick baking spray
    14. Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours

    Extra...Chocolate protein topping

    1. (1 ½) scoops (45g) chocolate whey protein (I used Isopure)
    2. (1) tablespoon (12g) sugar substitute
    3. (1) tablespoon (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    4. (2 ½) tablespoon of water
    5. Mix until thick
