    The Best Celery Juice

    Celery juice is a drink that has been quite the craze over the past year or so. People have been drinking it as a detox type of drink since it has various health benefits.

    I have really liked this fresh celery juice since it's easy to make and tastes so darn good. Seriously, it's super refreshing and just delicious. 

    And whenever I drink it, I find that it keeps me full for a few hours, just like this weight loss Oreo shake. This celery juice has been a hydrating snack replacement for me that I've also found to fight off cravings.

    So if you've been wondering how to make celery juice, you've come to the right place!

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    It's simple to make. Just add the ingreidents to a blender, blend, and strain the juice. Making celery juice has never been easier!

    It tastes really good. The juiced celery is honestly delicious. You'll be surprised by how much you enjoy drinking something that's healthy for you!

    Celery juice helps with bloating and digestion. Celery juice doesn't spike your blood sugar, it can support digestion, and it's high in magnesium which can help keep you regular.

    Ingredients 

    Something else I love about this easy celery juice recipe is that it's made with only two ingredients. I know for a fact you have one of them, and you might even have the other!

    Here's what you'll need:

    • 4 celery sticks
    • 2 cups (500ml) water

    Some celery juice recipes have sugar added to them, but I think it's completely unnecessary and kind of defeats the purpose of drinking it. So there's no sugar here!

    Oh, and if you have to run to the store to pick up celery, grab some extra because you can use it to make this low carb tuna pasta salad for a healthy lunch!

    How To Make Celery Juice 

    1. Prep: Clean the celery stalks and remove any dirt from them. Take off the leaves and cut the white end parts of the celery stalks. Cut the celery into small pieces and transfer them to a blender with the water.

    2. Blend: Process the chopped celery with water until it's completely blended and there are no more chunks of celery.

    3: Strain: Use a cheesecloth or clean nut milk bag to extract the juices from the blended celery over a pitcher or glass. Serve cold, and enjoy the celery juice immediately.

    Tips To Make The Best Recipe

    • Add some fresh lemon juice if you want to give it a little more flavor.
    • Use organic celery to make the recipe even healthier. 
    • Double or triple the recipe so you have celery juice to drink all week.
    • Add more water to the blender if there are still pieces of celery. 
    • Serve the celery juice over ice for a more refreshing flavor.

    How To Store Celery Juice 

    In the fridge: This celery juice is best enjoyed right after you make it, and it'll be hard not to drink all of it. But if you can't finish it all, the best way to store it is in the refrigerator in a mason jar or any glass with a sealable lid. It will last in the fridge for about 3 days. 

    In the freezer: Transfer the celery juice to a freezer-safe container or ice cub trays and freeze for up to 6 months. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight, or blend the frozen celery cubes with some water and lemon juice.
