    Chocolate and Banana Protein Waffles

Need a healthy breakfast recipe?! These chocolate and banana protein waffles are your answer. Each one packs 34g of protein, but only has 300 calories. #Healthy #Breakfast

Remember that pancake recipe I did a couple of weeks ago? Remember how I said I'd probably be making a lot of pancake and waffle recipes? Well, it's happening!

And let me tell you, these chocolate banana protein waffles have got me feelin' some type of way.

There's a lot to love about them...

    • The crunchy exterior
    • The macros - 34g of protein per waffle
    • The fluffy on the interior
    • The minimal ingredients (only 5)
    • & They take less than 15 minutes to make

Now, these aren't over-poweringly (that's not a word but we'll go with it) chocolatey or banana-y. There is a nice balance to these waffles. Each bite has a hint of chocolate, and a hint of banana to it...and I really like that. But hey, if you want more chocolate bang in your waffle, go for it! I have two suggestions if you do though. Number one - sugar-free, fat-free, pudding mixes work wonders, in pancake and waffle recipes. Number two - just a tbsp, or two, of Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup can provide that extra chocolate flavor your craving for no extra calories.
