And let me tell you, these chocolate banana protein waffles have got me feelin' some type of way.

Now, these aren't over-poweringly (that's not a word but we'll go with it) chocolatey or banana-y. There is a nice balance to these waffles. Each bite has a hint of chocolate, and a hint of banana to it...and I really like that. But hey, if you want more chocolate bang in your waffle, go for it! I have two suggestions if you do though. Number one - sugar-free, fat-free, pudding mixes work wonders, in pancake and waffle recipes.
