The worlds easiest, most delectable, high protein, no bake cheesecake?
All you need is 2 ingredients, Greek yogurt, and sugar-free fat-free instant pudding mix.
You CAN eat it shortly after you make it, but it’s sooooo much better when you let it sit in your fridge overnight. It’s the overnight oats of cheesecake. I think my favorite part (besides it being so damn tasty) is the fact that this cheesecake packs more protein than carbs.
Macros Per 4 Ounces (makes 16 oz):
Calories 90: 0g fat, 10.5g carbs, (0 fiber), 11.5g protein
Weight Watcher PointsPlus: 2PP
- 1 Packet sugar-free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 16 Oz (454g) non-fat greek yogurt
- Scoop non-fat greek yogurt into a medium sized dish
- Slowly add your pudding mix into your yogurt
- Continue stirring as you add the pudding mix
- Make sure all of the mix dissolves
- Let it set in the refrigerator over night
