    Healthy 2 Ingredient Cheesecake

    RIDICULOUSLY EASY 2 ingredient healthy faux cheesecake recipe. This overnight cheesecake recipe is all kinds of delicious. The Diet Chef #HealthyCheesecake #WeightWatchers

    The worlds easiest, most delectable, high protein, no bake cheesecake?

    Possibly...

    All you need is 2 ingredients, Greek yogurt, and sugar-free fat-free instant pudding mix.

    You CAN eat it shortly after you make it, but it's sooooo much better when you let it sit in your fridge overnight. It's the overnight oats of cheesecake. I think my favorite part (besides it being so damn tasty) is the fact that this cheesecake packs more protein than carbs.

    Calories 90: 0g fat, 10.5g carbs, (0 fiber), 11.5g protein

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 Packet sugar-free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 16 Oz (454g) non-fat greek yogurt

    Instructions

    1. Scoop non-fat greek yogurt into a medium sized dish
    2. Slowly add your pudding mix into your yogurt
    3. Continue stirring as you add the pudding mix
    4. Make sure all of the mix dissolves
    5. Let it set in the refrigerator over night

      Great recipe! I didn't have a big container of non-fat Greek yogurt, but I did have a few different flavors of individual Greek yogurt. Three- 5.3oz cups is almost exactly the 16 oz needed. Mixed together with a cheesecake sugar free jello pudding mix, it was divine! I served mine with some fresh berries and a couple of crushed up vanilla wafers to really get that cheesecake essence. Will make over and over again!

      This was everything I've been searching for to replace the sugar and high carb rendition....this was decadent. I might even try and increase protein content with a scoop of protein powder. It's challenging finding a dessert option you can enjoy after successful weight loss surgery. Thank you!

        Raquel. I put a scoop of protein powder to 2/3 cup of yogurt, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, and only 7 grams of the pudding mix. Popped it in the freezer for an hour. Delicious.
