Healthy Low Calorie Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese

We're now in the thick of some serious delicious fall-inspired recipes!

ICYM the other fall recipes I've done this year you can find them here and here.

Today's Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese is easy-peasy. All you need to do is throw everything in a bowl, mix it up, and voila, you've got some delicious seasonal cream cheese. Not only is this recipe easy, but you'll need minimal ingredients to make it too - 7 to be exact.

Then there's my favorite part, the macros and calories. Every 28g serving (the normal serving size for cream cheese) has only 32 calories! And when you taste this stuff you're definitely gonna wonder how that's even possible. I mean, I didn't even have to put this cream cheese on toast or a bagel to enjoy it, I ate it straight out of the bowl. Actually, looking back on it now, I might have enjoyed it a bit too much - I ate half the recipe with a spatula. I just couldn't stop, one spatula full of pumpkin spice cream cheese quickly led to 20.
