    As usual, I've included all of the nutrition info, and all of the information is directly from Culver's website, so you can be sure it's completely accurate. But, feel free to check their website out for even more info on the below options.

    1. 8 Piece Chicken Tenders

    The 8-piece chicken tender order at Culver's packs the most protein for the calories. The tenders have 80 grams of protein for a little over 1000 calories. However, if you're watching your calories, you can order a 2-piece for just 270 calories, and the order will pack 20 grams of protein.

    You can get these chicken tenders in 1,2, 4, or 8-piece orders, so whether you're looking for a light lunch or a heartier meal, this order has you covered.

    By the way, if you love dipping your tenders in sauce, I recommend going with either the marinara sauce for 40 calories or some Frank's Red Hot Sauce for 5 calories.

    2. 8 Piece Buffalo Chicken Tenders
