    This Cream Cheese Fat Bomb recipe is great for KETO! It's infused with coffee and chocolate, and tastes like a cafe mocha from Starbucks, but ONLY has 2 NET CARBS per bomb! Plus, this Cafe Mocha Cream Cheese Fat Bomb recipe requires minimal ingredients, and time. As far as keto dessert recipes go, this one is a MUST TRY!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 8 Ounces (224g) Full-fat Cream Cheese
    • 1 Stick (½ Cup - 113g) Unsalted Butter
    • 1 to 2 Tbsps (5-10g) Instant Coffee
    • Heaping ¼ Cup (56g) Low Carb Chocolate Chips
    • Heaping ⅓ Cup (72g) Confectioners Erythritol
    • 1.5 Tbsps Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

    Instructions

    1. Add the cream cheese and the butter to a large bowl (softened to room temperature)
    2. Use a hand mixer to combine them until smooth
    3. Once smooth, add all of the other ingredients to the bowl
    4. Mix with a spatula until combined
    5. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the batter out of the bowl (recipe will make about 12 bombs), and add to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and freeze for atleast 3 hours

    NOTE: Macros don't account for the erythritol sweetener, it has ZERO CALORIES.

      Made these today. So good. Got my coffee and chocolate fix in one bite.
      I put the bowl in the fridge for about 20 minutes while I cleaned up to be able to make actual balls.
