Made these today. So good. Got my coffee and chocolate fix in one bite.
I put the bowl in the fridge for about 20 minutes while I cleaned up to be able to make actual balls.

Can I use erythritol blend or is that different?

Love these fat bombs and have been making them for about 3 years. Question: At the top of the recipe it says it should make 8; in instruction #5 it says it should make 12. Which is it? I try to calculate for the size that I make (much smaller), but that’s a 25% difference in yield.
