Low Carb Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip
There is a lot of excitement over on "the gram" about today's Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe.
I posted a teaser of this dip in my story the other day, and I got A LOT of DM's asking me when the recipe was coming out. Well, it's coming out now!
And trust me it's worth the wait.
This recipe has got everything you love about spinach and artichoke dip....the creaminess, the cheesiness, & the artichoke chunkiness!
And it's got all that without the carbs.
The best thing about this dip though is how fast it comes together. Literally, from start-to-finish, it takes just 15 minutes.
So, if you need to whip something absolutely delish up, and you need to do it quickly, this artichoke dip is the answer.
In fact, this recipe is probably the easiest keto dip recipe that I've done so far...I've already done a Keto Pizza Dip and Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip.
But neither of those recipes is quite as easy as this one.
How To Make Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ok, so, "how easy is it to make this keto spinach and artichoke dip you ask?"
Well, it's so easy you don't even have to bake it...It's that kind of easy.
And you don't need a laundry list of ingredients to make this dip either.
All you'll need is...
- Frozen (or fresh) Spinach
- Frozen Artichoke hearts
- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Mayo
- & Grated Parmesan
So, to make the dip, just boil the artichoke hearts and spinach together in a pot.
And then while that's warming up, you'll want to soften the cream cheese in a bowl, for just about a minute.
Once the cream cheese has softened, you'll add the sour cream, mayo, and parmesan to it.
Then, you'll want to strain the artichoke hearts and spinach - pressing out as much water as you can from them - and add those to the bowl, along with the seasonings of your choices.
I like to use a combination of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
But whether you add these or not is up to you.
Anyways, at this point, you can use a spatula to mix all of those ingredients together until they combine.
And then once they combine, you can add the spinach and artichoke dip to a bowl, and serve it hot!
Or, you can refrigerate it and serve it cold too.
It's honestly incredibly delicious both ways!

Ingredients
1 ½ Cups (170g) Frozen Spinach - if you use fresh just make sure it weighs 170g
1 ½ Cups (170g) Frozen Artichoke Hearts
Appx. 2 Cups (475mL) of Water
8 Ounces (224g) Full-Fat Cream Cheese
¼ Cup (60g) Full-Fat Sour Cream
¼ Cup (60g) Mayonaisse
⅓ Cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder - To Taste.
Instructions
Add the spinach, artichokes, and water to a medium sized pot, and set the heat to medium-high.
While that's warming up, add the cream cheese to a large bowl and soften it up in the microwave for about a minute.
Once the cream cheese has softened add the sour cream, mayo, and parmesan cheese to it.
Then, when the artichoke hearts and spinach pot just starts to boil remove it from the heat, and strain the excess water.
Let them cool in the strainer for a couple of minutes, and then take a paper towel and press down on them straining out the excess water - this will help ensure the dip isn't watery.
Now, at this point, you can add the artichokes and the spinach to the rest of the ingredients - along with the seasonings if you're using them - and mix everything with a spatula until combined.
Add the dip to a bowl and serve hot...or refrigerate and serve cold!
