    If you're looking to enjoy In-N-Out while on a low calorie diet, then you're in the right place. This list has everything on In-N-Out's menu under 300 calories. It features everything from protein style burgers to secret menu items you probably didn't know existed, and so, so much more!

    Lowest Calorie In-N-Out Menu Items

    Thanks to In-N-Out's endless menu possibilities, it's never been easier to order low calorie fast food.

    However, since the menu boasts more than a handful of "official" low calorie menu items and a dizzying array of secret menu options, it can be hard to figure out what to order if you don't know what you're looking for. And that's especially true since the secret menu items don't have their nutritional facts posted on their website.

    So, that's exactly why I decided to put this list together. I wanted to make it as easy as possible for anyone - and everyone - to order low calorie at In-N-Out.

    By the way, all of the nutritional info you'll see below comes directly from In-N-Out's website - outside the secret menu items. I had to come up with as close of estimates as I could for those.

    Anyway, without further ado, let's jump into the list!

    1. Protein Style Hamburger with Onion, No In-N-Out Sauce

    • 140 Calories
    • 7g Fat
    • 8g Carbs
    • 5g Sugar
    • 2g Fiber
    • 12g Protein

    Ordering your In-N-Out burger "protein style" replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap, making it lower in calories and low carb too. This order contains a burger patty, onions, tomato, lettuce, plus mustard and ketchup in place of the In-N-Out sauce.

    2. French Fries, Half Order

    • 180 Calories
    • 7.5g Fat
    • 25g Carbs
    • 0g Sugar
    • 3g Fiber
    • 3g Protein

    An order of In-N-Out fries can set you back 360 calories, but you can always split it with a friend or save half for later. A half order of french fries comes out to just 180 calories, which you can combine with some of the lighter burger options on this list for a full fast food meal under 400 calories.

    Pro-tip: Skip the animal style fries completely though, as one order contains a whopping 750 calories.

    3. Protein Style Hamburger with Onion

    By default, a protein style burger with onion will contain In-N-Out's signature sauce. The sauce adds 60 calories but packs a ton of flavor from a creamy, tangy mix of ketchup, mayonnaise, and sweet pickle relish. However, you can always skip it and reduce the calorie count by about 50.

    4. Tomato Wrapped Hamburger

    This lesser-known secret menu option replaces the buns with thick tomato slices instead of lettuce. A tomato-wrapped hamburger has a burger patty, lettuce, In-N-Out sauce, and, of course, two tomato slices. Best of all, it'll run you just 200 calories, but, again, you can lower that calorie count even more if you opt for no sauce.

    By the way, all of In-N-Out's burgers don't come with onion automatically, so you'll want to order them as an add-on. I recommend adding it anyway.

    5. Protein Style Cheeseburger with Onion, No Sauce

    Another secret menu hack is ordering a "veggie" burger at In-N-Out. It gets you all the burger fixings minus the actual burger patty.

    It'll come with the classic burger buns, lettuce, tomato, cheese and In-N-Out sauce.

    To make it heartier, you can also order it with additional onions, pickles, chopped chiles, or cheese - just keep in mind the cheese will add about 70 calories.

    7. Protein Style Cheeseburger with Onion

    If you've never heard of a Flying Dutchman before, it's basically 2 beef patties and 2 slices of melted cheese with no bun, vegetables, or condiments. In one word it's incredible!

    It normally sits at 360 calories, but ordering it with only one slice of cheese brings the total down to less than 300 calories for virtually the same experience.

    11. Grilled Cheese, 1 Slice Cheese

Then, once the burger is done cooking, it gets sandwiched between a couple of In-N-Out's standard buns and topped with some lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onion, extra sauce, and pickles.

    14. Hamburger with Chopped Chiles, No Sauce
