    As far as fast food restaurants go, Shake Shack is one of the best places to grab a low calorie bite. They have plenty of naturally low calorie options as well as ways to customize your orders to shave off extra calories without compromising your cravings.

    On top of that, they're one of the few fast food places that offer options made with antibiotic and hormone-free meat, as well as quality meatless and gluten-free options.

    So, for all of those reasons, I decided I just had to put this list together. And I hope it helps you make some calorie-friendly choices the next time you go.

    By the way, all the nutritional information you'll see below comes directly from Shake Shack's website, so you can be confident that it's completely accurate.

    Anyway, let's not waste any more time; let's get right into the good stuff!

    1. Garden Dog
