    Healthy Apple Spice Cake

    Jump to Recipe

You HAVE TO TRY this healthy apple spice cake recipe. I love how simple it is to make you just throw all of the ingredients into the blender and bake! Plus, each slice only has about 100 calories.

Today's healthy apple spice cake is a new spin on one of my most popular recipes. Almost a year ago I came out with a blend-and-bake banana cake that only has about 100 calories per slice too. Well, it turns out that a lot of people like cake, easy recipes, and also recipes that involve dessert but not many calories. These cakes satisfy all of those criteria, so it's no wonder why they're so popular.

Actually, every time I make one these cakes they surprise me. It just doesn't seem like it should be possible to make such a delicious cake, with so few calories. I mean, this cake for instance has no added fats (which normally give baked goods moisture and of course added flavor), but it certainly isn't short on either of those things. So I guess what I'm saying is, if you've been craving cake lately, then this recipe just might be the cure.
