Below, I've listed each sub below from lowest to highest calories - up to 600 calories. Anything above that threshold I'm not sure can be considered "low calorie," so it didn't make my list.
Also, just so you know, I gathered all of the nutrition facts using Jersey Mike's nutrition calculator. That way you can be sure that the information I've listed is correct.
Oh, and lastly, the nutrition info I've provided for all of the cold subs excludes oil, vinegar, or mayo. Buuut, the info for the hot subs is exactly how they come.

Tips For Ordering Low Calorie Jersey Mike's Subs
- Skip the "Mike's Way" sauce option. It'll add around 259 extra calories to each sandwich.
- Instead of going "Mike's Way" with your order, go with fat-free Italian dressing for 10 additional calories or light Italian dressing for 80 calories.
- If you're looking for extra low calorie options, you can order any of Jersey Mike's cold sandwiches "in a tub," which basically means with no bread. Going this route will reduce the calories of each sub by 290 calories.
- Alternatively, if "in a tub" doesn't sound like the kind of option that you'd like, you can get all of their subs made into a wrap instead of a sandwich. Ordering your meal like this will cut the calories down by about 40 calories.

The Healthiest Jersey Mike's Subs You Can Order
1. Mini Club Supreme, No Mayo

Don't let its smaller size fool you; the mini club supreme packs as much protein as the bigger subs do but for a fraction of the calories.
It's also filling enough to make it a whole meal - yes, even without sides. The reason being is that it's got protein on protein in it. It's made with roast beef, turkey, swiss, and Applewood smoked bacon, plus your choice of veggies.
I recommend ordering it without mayonnaise, as it adds an extra 130 calories to your order. Also, try not to go any higher than a mini size because the regular sub is over 600 calories, even without the mayo.
2. Mini Roast Beef & Provolone

This cold sandwich is stuffed with oven-roasted top round and provolone cheese and it packs an impressive 36 grams of protein. That's more protein than most of the regular sized subs!

You can also go up to a regular size while staying at around 620 calories for a beefy 55 grams of protein, though it'll be higher in salt.
3. BLT, No Mayo

Another one of my favorite low calorie cold subs at Jersey Mikes is the #7. It's made with veggies, turkey breast, and provolone cheese.
Along with being low calorie, it's also one of the highest protein options that you can get!
For what its worth, you can always opt for the mini version of this sub and reduce the calories even more. The mini #7 has just 425 calories.
6. American Classic

It's always a tummy-pleaser and it also provides 36 grams of protein for a regular sized sub.
And, remember, you can get it in a mini version too to save even more calories. The sub will be a fraction of the size of the normal version, but it will have only 330 calories.
7. Jersey Shore Favorite

It's one of the healthiest high protein subs at Jersey Mike's with 47 grams of protein and just a little over 600 calories. So, while it didn't quite make the under 600 calorie sub list, it still is one worth checking out.
