    If you're looking for the best high protein Panera orders to order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then you've come to the right place. I scoured Panera's menu - and did a little taste testing too - and then compiled the 15 tastiest options with at least 20g of protein below.

    The Best Panera High Protein Options

    So, if you thought you couldn't order anything high in protein at Panera, think again! There are actually a lot of really fantastic options to choose from. And just so you know, I've even them sorted from most amount of protein to least.

    Oh, also worth mentioning, I used Panera's Nutrition Calculator to come up with all of the nutritional facts below.

    Anyway, I hope this list makes ordering high protein at Panera a breeze for you!

    1. Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt

    • 73g Protein

    The pound-for-pound protein king of Panera sandwiches, the Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt combines pulled smoked chicken, Black Forest Ham, country mustard, and smoked Gouda cheese on a toasted French baguette. It is by far the highest-protein sandwich at Panera, with a whopping 73 grams of protein in a whole sandwich. Even a half sandwich is going to give you 36.5 grams of protein!

    2. Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich

    At number two is the Bacon Turkey Bravo on Tomato Basil Bread. The Bravo features tender roasted turkey, applewood-smoked bacon, and gouda for a monster 54g of protein.

    This sandwich is a classic BLT made even more delicious with the addition of avocado. It truly has everything you need in a protein-packed sandwich, but sometimes, I'll order it with a  slice of provolone cheese to add some more protein.

    The Panera Turkey Chili is packed with multiple sources of protein from the turkey, kidney beans, chickpeas, and Edamame, all slow cooked with tomatoes and spices. A half portion is going to give you more than 20 grams of protein, but a full bowl boasts a serious 41g.

    5. Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese

    This Broccoli Bowl with Mac and Cheese is high-protein comfort food at its best, with an impressive 39 grams of protein. If Mac and Cheese isn't your thing, the standard Broccoli Cheddar Soup will still give you 35g of protein and 140 fewer calories.

    6. Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken

    If you want to lower your carb intake, the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad packs the protein with fewer carbs. Combining tender chicken, mixed greens, bacon, grape tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and pickled red onions, it is tasty, and filling.

    If you want to lower the carbs even more, order it with no dressing. If you take it to go, you can use one of these low calorie dressings.

    7. Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

    This is the perfect choice when you are looking for something a little lighter or when you're feeling under the weather. Panera's famous Chicken Noodle Soup has tender chicken, carrots, celery, and egg noodles in a homestyle broth. For less carbs and calories, just order a bowl of the soup without the bread.

    The classic deli turkey sandwich is one of my favorite options for a less involved sandwich that's much lower in calories. It's simply delicious and packs 37g of protein if you order it on Whole Grain bread or 35g of protein if you get it on Country Rustic Sourdough.

    9. Greek Salad with Chicken

    The Greek salad is my favorite custom salad, featuring chicken, romaine lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, feta, red onions, kalamata olives, and pepperonini tossed in Greek dressing. It's delicious, has a little bit of everything, and packs 35g of protein!

    10. Sausage Egg and Cheese on Asiago Bagel

    With sausage, American cheese, scrambled eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic aioli on a freshly baked Asiago bagel, this might be the most delicious breakfast sandwich ever! At least it's one of my favorites, so I highly recommend giving it a try. 

    11. Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken

    Featuring mixed greens, apple chips, pecans, and juicy chicken, one whole Fuji Apple Salad provides 33 grams of protein and a whole lot of flavor. I think the salad is so good that it doesn't even need dressing, so I'll often order it with no dressing to cut back on the carbs. 

    12. Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken

    This Asian Sesame Salad has antibiotic-free chicken breast, romaine, toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and a light vinaigrette. It's the lowest calorie salad you can order that's still high in protein. 

    13. Chipotle Chicken, Egg & Avocado on Artisan Ciabatta

    This stacked sandwich is another popular breakfast menu item, featuring tender chicken breast, scrambled eggs, sweet Peppadew peppers, gouda, avocado, and chipotle aioli. It's my second favorite breakfast sandwich on the menu, and is definitely worth trying. 

    14. Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich

    The Mediterranean veggies sandwich is a terrific option if you're looking for a meat-free sandwich that's still high in protein. It has sweet peppadew peppers, hummus, feta, fresh vegetables, mix greens, and tomatoes, all on a rustic tomato and basil. This is my wife's all-time favorite menu item from Panera, and I think it's pretty darn good too.

    15. Avocado Egg White Spinach Bagel

    Finishing off this list is one of the healthiest sandwiches on Panera's menu. This healthy breakfast sandwich has an egg white, spinach, tomato, and avocado on a delicious sprouted grain bagel flat. It's lower in fat than the other breakfast sandwiches, but it still has a decent amount of protein!
