    As far as fast food joints go, Wendy's can be a really good place to grab a high-protein meal if you know what to look for. On top of their fresh beef burgers, they also have a varied range, including salads and healthier grilled options.

    Of course, eating high protein doesn't mean eating unhealthy, so for this list, I'm highlighting all the best protein options at Wendy's that are under 700 calories and over 25 grams of protein.

    1. Cobb Salad

    Grilled chicken, diced egg, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and tomatoes on top of a bed of lettuce.

    The cobb salad is the highest protein option on Wendy's menu and offers a rainbow of produce and protein, featuring grilled chicken, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, chopped eggs, smoked bacon, and crispy fried onions, all on a bed of lettuce. If you want to save 250 calories, I recommend using one of these low calorie salad dressings instead of the dressing it comes with.
