    This guide makes eating high protein at Burger King easy! I put together all of the highest protein options on the Burger King menu, from burgers to breakfast sandwiches. The best part, everything on this list has over 20 grams of protein!

    If you love Burger King and are looking for a high protein meal, you've come to the right place! BK has a ton of delicious options on their menu that are high in protein. 

    But of course, not everything that's high in protein is worth ordering since some options are outrageously high in calories. I'm talking over a thousand calories per serving, and in my opinion, those calories could be spent better elsewhere. So, for this list, I'll be focusing on menu options at Burger King that are over 20 grams of protein, all while staying under 760 calories.

    By the way, if you want the full nutrition facts for these items, you can find them all on Burger King's website. Anyway, let's get right into the list!

    1. Whopper with Bacon

    Of course, you can't talk about Burger King without talking about the Whopper. This flame-grilled burger packed with veggies and ordered with additional crispy bacon is the highest protein option on the menu and makes a decently filling meal on its own. Be sure to order a regular Whopper with Bacon and not the Candied Bacon Whopper, as those are two different things.

    2. Fully Loaded Croissan'Wich

    If you want something smaller than a Whopper that still packs a high-protein punch, opt for a Whopper Jr. with bacon & cheese. With a regular-sized grilled beef patty, cheese, bacon, and all the veggies and condiments on a toasted sesame bun, it provides a decent balance of fiber, carbs, and protein for a reasonably low calorie count.
