    Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Jan 18, 2016 The Diet Chef

    Jump to Recipe

This banana bread overnight oats recipe is loaded with not only healthy fats, but fiber too. Plus, this oatmeal has almost 10g of protein that will keep you feeling full all day long.

Yes I've been on a protein truffle kick lately, (see here, here, and here) but I've also been on an overnight oats kick too. Oh, and by the way, I think I have a new favorite O.O. recipe now. That's because this banana bread overnight oats recipe just hits all the right spots. These oats literally have the perfect amount of sweetness, a lovely crunchiness from the pecans, and a wonderful creaminess from the mashed banana. I can't think of a better overnight oat recipe to wake up to in the morning...atleast for now.
