    3 Ingredient Stir Fry Sauce In 5 Minutes

    This 3 Ingredient Stir Fry Sauce recipe is just what you need to complete any chicken or beef stir fry. It's sweet, savory, slightly spicy, and so easy to make. In fact, this stir fry sauce only takes about 5 minutes to make!

    THE BEST STIR FRY SAUCE RECIPE

    No stir fry is complete without a delicious stir fry sauce.

    And making your own homemade stir fry sauce is probably easier than you think.

    Seriously, all you need is just 3 ingredients, and 5 minutes to whip up a stir fry sauce that will impress just about anyone who tries it.

    And, honestly, it's so good I find myself using it as a dipping sauce for chicken, steak, and shrimp. But, of course, it's top-notch in/on my chicken stir fry recipe or my shrimp stir fry recipe too.

    INGREDIENTS

    So, this keto stir fry sauce recipe uses just a few staple ingredients that you'd find in any/most stir fry sauces.

     With that said, here's what you'll need:

    • ⅔ Cup Tamari sauce
    • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 Cup Water

    Pretty standard stuff right?!

    HOW TO MAKE KETO STIR FRY SAUCE

    The process of making this 3 ingredient stir fry sauce could not be any easier. It literally takes just 5 minute to make! 

    So, let's not waste any more time - get all of the ingredients out, and let's get to it!

    First, take out a medium-sized pot and a whisk.

    Then, put the pot over medium-low heat and add the tamari sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Give these ingredients a good whisk until they combine and then add the water in.

    Now, gently heat the mixture, occasionally stirring, until the sauce thickens and becomes shiny.

    STEP 2: SERVING

    Once the sauce thickens it's time to serve it!

    Again this homemade stir fry sauce recipe works fantastic on chicken stir fry, beef stir fry, or even just as a dip/sauce for any meat on its own. With that said, I really like to pair this sauce with some chicken stir fry, and then put it over some cauliflower rice.

    Any way you decide to eat it, it will be delicious, so enjoy!

    HOW TO STORE KETO STIR FRY SAUCE

    This stir fry sauce makes about 12, 2 tablespoon-sized servings.

    So, if you don't end up using all of it, just store the sauce in a resealable glass jar or airtight container. Then, stored like that, it will last in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

    And if you want to heat it up, you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds - or in a saucepan over low-medium heat - until it reaches your desired temperature.

    The flavor of this sauce is seriously out of this world, so you'll love it no matter how you end up using it.

    Ingredients

    ⅔ Cup (140mL) Tamari sauce

    3 Tbsp (42g) Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp (15g) Cornstarch

    1 Cup (250mL) Water

    Instructions

    1. Put a medium-sized pot over medium-low heat on the stovetop.
    2. Add the tamari sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to it and whisk to combine.
    3. Then, add the water to the pot, and whisk everything intermittently until a thicker sauce consistency forms.
