    As far as fast food restaurants go, Arby's probably isn't the first place you'd think of to get a low calorie meal. They are famous for their meats, after all. But with a little bit of digging, I've rounded up a list of everything you can get from this famous roast beef chain under 500 calories.

    In moderation, these delicious menu items can fit right into your healthy lifestyle and keep you on track with your calorie goals. From their famous roast beef sandwiches to fried chicken, here are all the best low calorie menu items at Arby's!

    1. Roast Beef and Cheese Slider

    • 7g Fat
    • 16g Carbs
    • 10g Protein

    Arby's is famous for roast beef sandwiches, and their roast beef slider is the best way to enjoy the iconic sandwich in a lower-calorie way! This snack-sized sandwich is light enough that you can order 2 for just 340 calories or 3 for 510 calories. 

    2. Jalapeno Roast Beef Slider

    If you want all of the classic flavors of the roast beef sandwich but with a little kick, you have to try the jalapeno roast beef slider. It has everything as the slider above but with the addition of diced jalapenos for some heat. 

    3. Turkey and Cheese Slider

    Another delicious slider that you can order from Arby's is the turkey and cheese slider. It has more protein than the roast beef sandwiches, so it's a great option if a high protein meal low calorie meal is something you're looking for. 

    4. Ham and Cheese Slider

    • 21g Carbs
    • 14g Protein

    If you're not a fan of turkey, grab the ham and cheese slider for the same amount of calories! It has everything you love about a classic ham and cheese sandwich, and it pairs really well with some low calorie chips.

    5. Chicken and Cheese Slider

    If you're not feeling deli meat, the chicken and cheese slider is a fantastic option. It's made with a crispy chicken tender and Swiss cheese sandwiched in a soft slider bun for 300 calories total. You can also get the buffalo chicken slider for 30 calories more or drizzle on some cheddar cheese sauce for 25 calories.

    6. Classic Roast Beef

    An Arby's staple, their classic roast beef sandwich has just 360 calories for thinly sliced roast beef piled high on a toasted sesame seed bun. It's great on its own, but you can also add sweet and tangy Arby's sauce for 15 calories more or horsey sauce for 60 calories if you want some kick.     On their own, three of these breaded chicken tenders come out to 370 calories. The sauce options at Arby's will add about another 50 calories, so you can dip the tenders in my sugar free BBQ sauce instead!

    8. Classic Beef 'n Cheddar

    One of the most popular items on Arby's menu, if not the most popular, is the classic beef and cheddar sandwich. It's filled with sliced roast beef drizzled with cheesy cheddar sauce and tangy red ranch sauce on a toasted onion roll. 

    9. Premium 9 Piece Chicken Nuggets

    Besides the chicken tenders, another way to get your fried chicken fix at Arby's is with their premium nuggets. These seasoned and battered chicken breast nuggets are flavorful on their own, but you can also order them with some spicy buffalo dip for 480 calories total. Either way, they pack a whopping 38 grams of protein! 

    10. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

    Speaking of Arby's buffalo sauce, you can also get a buffalo chicken sandwich for just 500 calories total. It comes with a crispy chicken filet tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, layered with shredded lettuce and parmesan peppercorn ranch sauce on a toasted bun. The classic crispy chicken sandwich goes for 10 calories more, but you can order it without the mayonnaise for a slightly lighter meal.
