This keto breakfast burrito recipe is the ultimate easy keto breakfast. And not only does the wrap have 0 carbs, but the entire burrito has 0 NET CARBS as well!

Sausage, eggs, and bacon in a white egg tortilla wrap. There are other wraps next to it as well.

    THE BEST KETO BREAKFAST BURRITO

There aren't many keto breakfast recipes better than this if you want to set yourself up for success for the day.

You can make two keto breakfast burritos using this base recipe, and if you eat them both, you'll start the day at 0 NET CARBS!

And even though there are no carbs, there's no sacrificing any flavor with this low carb breakfast recipe. These burritos have super crispy bacon, deliciously flavorful breakfast sausage, and perfectly fluffy eggs, all wrapped in the best keto friendly wraps that you'll find.

It's a protein-packed, high fat meal that is as good as it gets for the keto diet.

And since there are no carbs, you can add in pretty much anything else you want to your keto burrito and still have a ton of carbs left over for the rest of the day.

Plus, the entire thing takes under 20 minutes to make! So you can whip up this breakfast deliciousness even when you're short on time. Also, these keto breakfast tacos - or burritos - freeze super well too. So, you can make a bunch ahead of time, and have breakfast for the days/weeks ahead.

Did somebody say these burritos/tacos are the ultimate keto breakfast meal prep recipe out there? Well, I definitely think they are!

Egg wraps, breakfast sausage, eggs, and bacon on a white table. The ingredients are still in their packages & containers.

    INGREDIENTS

So, for this recipe, you'll only need 4 simple ingredients!

And if you want, you can add in anything else you want to put your own personal flavor in the burrito.

    Here is everything you'll need:

    • 2 Original Egglife Wraps (these have 0 carbs)
    • 2 Links Breakfast Chicken Sausage (0 carbs)
    • 2 Strips Thick Center-Cut Bacon
    • 2 Large Eggs

    And for some optional add-ins:

    • Avocado
    • Cheese
    • Sour Cream
    • Sriracha
    • 0 Carb Cheese Sauce

What's great about this list is you can stock up on all these ingredients, so you have everything you need to make these keto breakfast burritos for weeks!

And trust me, they're so good that you'll want to make them every single day.

Oh, and make sure that you use breakfast chicken sausage that has 0 carbs. Some sausage can have extra carbs in it, so just make sure you read the nutrition label.

    THE BEST TORTILLAS TO USE

Now, what makes these keto burritos so low carb - and delicious - are the Egglife wraps.

They are made with cage-free eggs, have no flour, and only 25 calories with 5g of protein and 0 carbs!

And there are several flavors to choose from, so you can add even more flavor to this keto breakfast burrito recipe!

The flavors offered are original, southwest style, Italian style, everything bagel, and rye style.

Also, they're offering $5 off any order over $25 if you use the code "joeduff5" at checkout until the end of October.

By the way, if you can't find these wraps at your local grocery store, you can make my 1 carb keto tortillas in just 20 minutes! So this entire breakfast keto taco will still take under 30 minutes and be almost just as low carb.

HOW TO MAKE BREAKFAST KETO BURRITOS

As I mentioned earlier, one of the best parts about this recipe is how quick and easy it is to make.

In about 20 minutes, you'll have a few keto burritos for breakfast that taste like you got them from the world's best diner. Honestly, they're that good - you might even want to make them again for dinner!

Anyway, I know by now you're probably hungry, so let's get cooking!

Open-faced breakfast burritos on a baking sheet

    STEP 1: COOK THE BACON

First, put a pan over medium-high heat, put the bacon in it, and add enough water to cover all of the bacon.

Then cook the bacon until the water starts to bowl, and once it does, turn the heat down to medium and continue cooking.

Once all of the water evaporates, turn the heat down to medium-low, flip the bacon, and continue cooking for around 6 minutes - flipping every minute, or so - until it is nice and crispy on both sides.

    STEP 2: COOK THE SAUSAGE

Next, take out a second smaller pan, and put it over medium heat.

Then add the sausage to it and cook until the sausage has browned on all sides. Once it is almost done cooking, add some 0 carb maple syrup to the pan and continue to cook until the syrup caramelizes the sausage.

With that said, adding the syrup is optional, but it makes this keto burrito taste 10x better!

A baking sheet filled with breakfast tacos. The tacos have eggs, sausage, and bacon in them. Some of them have avocado as well.

    STEP 3: COOK THE EGGS

To cook the eggs, first beat them in a bowl until the whites combine with the yolks, then add a splash of almond milk and a splash of my 0 carb keto maple syrup.

Then in the same pan that you cooked the bacon in, leave a little bacon grease in it, and set the pan on a burner over low heat.

Next, add the beaten eggs to the pan and continuously move them around until they are light, fluffy, and fully cooked.

    STEP 4: ASSEMBLE

Now that everything is cooked, take out two Egglife wraps - or two of my keto tortillas - and fill each with one chopped up strip of bacon, one cut up sausage link, and half of the eggs.

Then add anything else you want - like some cheese and avocado - wrap the tortilla up, and enjoy!

FREEZING FOR KETO BREAKFAST MEAL PREP

One of the best parts about this recipe is that you can make a big batch of these keto breakfast burritos and keep them in the freezer. And you can freeze as many as you want for up to 3 months!

Meal prepping this recipe is one of the best keto freezer meals, and it is a lifesaver when you need something quick and filling to start your day.

So, to freeze the burritos, first, wait for all of the ingredients to cool, and then assemble each one. And the reason you'll want to do this is your tortillas will get soggy if you fill them with the ingredients while they're still hot.

Next, wrap each one tightly in aluminum foil and transfer all of them to a baking sheet, making sure they are in a single layer.

Then once they're frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag and place them back in the freezer for up to 3 months.

And to reheat, just unwrap a burrito and microwave it for about 1-2 minutes until warm. Or you can also reheat it in the oven or toaster oven at 350°F (165°C) for about 12-15 minutes or until it reaches your desired temperature.

    WRAPPING IT ALL UP

Well, that is how you make the best keto breakfast burrito - or keto breakfast taco - in under 20 minutes!

These keto burritos are filled with staple breakfast ingredients cooked in the most delicious way. And since each one has a total of 0 carbs, you can enjoy as many as you want!

I hope you like this keto breakfast recipe as much as I do. If you make it, leave a comment below and let me know what you think!
