    If you love Starbucks but don't love all of the sugar that is in some of their best drinks, this list is for you! From iced coffee to tea lattes and fruity refreshers, you can get many excellent drinks at Starbucks without consuming too much sugar.

    Consider this list your ultimate guide to low sugar Starbucks drinks, including menu staples, easy swaps, and tips to get your favorite drinks for a fraction of the sugar content!

    1. Brewed Coffee - 0 grams

    Hot brewed coffee made with any of Starbucks' featured coffee beans will come out to 0 grams of sugar. There are plenty of flavor profiles to choose from, from blonde to dark roasts and a variety of specialty blends. If you want a touch of sweetness, you can add a pump of vanilla sugar-free syrup for no additional sugar.

    2. Caffé Americano - 0 grams

    Whether hot or iced, you can get a Caffe Americano of any size for 0 grams of sugar. The larger the cup, the more shots of espresso - and the more caffeine - you can expect.

    3. Cold Brew Coffee - 0 grams

    Both the classic Starbucks cold brew and their frothier nitro cold brew have zero sugar. If you like a traditional iced coffee, regular cold brew is the way to go. But if you want your coffee to have a smooth, creamy, and slightly sweeter finish with no added sugar or milk, try the nitro cold brew.

    4. Hot Tea - 0 grams

    Any of the hot teas made with no milk or syrup will be completely sugar free. You can choose from chai, Earl Grey, royal English, emperor's clouds & mist, honey citrus mint, and mint majesty tea.

    5. Iced Tea - 0 grams

    The iced black tea, green tea, and passion tango teas at starbucks are all made from steeped teas without any added sugar. You'll want to skip the chai tea latte completely since it's made with sugary chai concentrate. Luckily, you can make a latte version of any of the hot or iced teas by adding a splash of plant milk for 4-10 grams of sugar.

    6. Espresso - 0 grams

    You can get Starbucks espressos in their signature roast, blonde roast, and decaf roast options. This rich and smooth high-caffeine drink has 0 grams of sugar for any size.

    7. Espresso Con Panna - 0 grams

    This espresso drink is made with a dollop of whipped cream to add creaminess and bring out the flavors of the roast. Whether you're getting it with a solo, doppio, triple, or quad shot of espresso, it's zero sugar.

    8. Espresso Macchiato - 0 grams

    Macchiatos are made with one to two shots of espresso and a milk foam topping, so they're lighter and lower in sugar than options like a flat white, latte, or cappuccino.

    9. Cold Brew Coffee with Milk - 2 to 6 grams

    A splash of 2% milk in Starbucks' cold brew coffee adds a touch of creaminess and balances out the strong flavors. A tall order has about 2 grams of sugar, but you can get up to a trenta-sized one for just 6 grams of sugar in total.

    10. Oleato Caffé Latte with Oat Milk - 3 to 8 grams

    This love-it-or-hate-it recent addition to the Starbucks menu features added Partanna extra virgin olive oil for an extra smooth and velvety feel with lush, fruity undertones. Made with blonde espresso, olive oil, and oat milk, it has 3 to 8 grams of sugar, depending on the size.

    11. Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew - 4 grams

    The vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew has a notable difference from the one made with regular cold brew - it has no added vanilla syrup, since the nitrogen brewing process already brings out some natural sweetness from the coffee. So, if you're looking to cut down on starbucks syrups completely, this creamy iced coffee is a great choice.

    12. Sugar-Free Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew - 4 to 7 grams

    As long as you order it with sugar-free vanilla syrup, you can get up to a trenta size of this sweetened cold brew while staying well under 10 grams of sugar. However, if you prefer it with the regular vanilla syrup, order a tall or grande for 9 and 14 grams of sugar, respectively.

    13. Caffé Misto - 5 to 13 grams

    Caffe Misto is a one-to-one combination of brewed coffee and steamed milk. It doesn't have any added sugar, though there are some naturally occurring sugars from the milk amounting to about 5 to 13 grams of sugar for a tall to venti size.

    14. Cappuccino - 6 to 19 grams

    Made with espresso, steamed milk, and a thick layer of milk foam for a creamy finish. You can get it in any of the four hot drink sizes, with about 3 grams of sugar difference between each size.

    15. Flat White - 8 to 17 grams

    This beloved milky drink has a balance of espresso shots and whole milk for a more coffee-forward alternative to the classic latte. You can order up to a grande, as a venti packs about 22 grams of natural sugar from the milk. Or, you can cut down by ordering it with soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk, any of which comes out to a maximum of 13 grams of sugar for a venti.

    16. Iced Hazelnut Oat Milk Shaken Espresso - 8 to 14 grams

    This decadent drink is made with just a bit of hazelnut syrup complemented with a splash of oat milk and blonde espresso shots. Skip the venti, though, as it contains 3 pumps of syrup for over 20 grams of sugar. You can also order the oat milk shaken espresso that's made with brown sugar syrup, which has 9-18 grams of sugar for a tall up to a venti.

    17. Iced Tea Lemonade - 8 to 16 grams

    This refreshing and lightly sweetened drink is made with iced tea and lemonade. You can get the iced black tea lemonade, iced green tea lemonade, and iced passion tango tea lemonade in tall to venti sizes for 8 to 16 grams of sugar. Try not to go up to a trenta, which will have over 20 grams of sugar.

    18. Sugar-Free Blonde Vanilla Latte - 8 to 17 grams

    Order a short to grande Starbucks blonde vanilla latte, but ask for sugar-free vanilla syrup to get it with a fraction of the sugar. Skip the venti size, which has over 20 grams of sugar from the added milk.

    19. Caffé Latte - 9 to 18 grams

    A classic caffe latte has no syrup added. This velvety sugar-free drink is heavy on steamed milk, with a shot or two of espresso and a layer of milk foam. Order a grande at the most, as a venti has 23 grams of sugar.

    20. Honey Almond Milk Flat White, 1 Pump - 9 to 16 grams

    The honey almond milk flat white normally comes with 2 to 5 pumps of honey blend syrup. But if you order it with only one pump of honey for any size, you can get up to a venti without going over 16 grams of sugar.

    21. Iced Peach Green Tea - 9 to 19 grams

    Unfortunately, most of Starbucks' refreshers are on the higher sugar side and you can't order above a tall without going over 20 grams of sugar. But for a similar refreshing and juicy drink, I recommend this iced green tea that's sweetened with a splash of peach juice. You can order up to a venti while keeping it under 20 grams of sugar.

    22. Sugar-Free London Fog Tea Latte - 10-18 grams

    This milky tea latte is typically made with Earl Grey tea, milk, and a few pumps of vanilla syrup. You can order it with sugar-free vanilla syrup instead and get up to a grande size while staying under 20 grams of sugar. Additionally, you can cut back on sugar further by subbing the milk with any of the plant milk options.

    23. Oat Milk Matcha Tea Latte - 10 to 18 grams

    Starbucks' matcha powder includes added sugar, so you'll want to cut down on any other sources of sugar in the drink where you can. Ordering a short or tall matcha latte with oat milk instead of regular milk will maintain the same rich and creamy consistency, pairs perfectly with the matcha's flavor, and, most importantly, won't go over 20 grams of sugar.

    24. Short Caffé Mocha, 1 Pump - 15 grams

    The skinny mocha at Starbucks has been discontinued, but you can still get your low-sugar mocha fix by ordering a short caffe mocha with just one pump of mocha syrup. The rest of the sizes have over 20 grams of sugar, though you can get up to a grande at 18 grams of sugar if you order it with any of the plant-based milks, as long as you stick to 1 pump of syrup.

    25. Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher - 15 to 19 grams

    If you can't resist Starbucks' bright and summery refreshers, I don't blame you. You can get a tall pineapple passionfruit or mango dragonfruit refresher in a tall or grande size for 19 grams of sugar max. Alternatively, a tall strawberry acai refresher has 16 grams of sugar, but you'll want to avoid the grande which has exactly 20 grams.
