Peanut butter and chocolate together is, without a doubt, the most delicious combination in existence - at least that's what I think.
And if you've been following my blog, then you know I've been making a ton of quick keto desserts recently, like this 5-Minute Keto Chocolate Pie.
So, I'm sure you can guess what I had to create next - these keto chocolate peanut butter cookies.
They're so soft and chewy with the perfect ratio of creamy peanut butter and fudgy chocolate flavor and a few chocolate chips to make them even better.
Basically, these chocolatey keto peanut butter cookies are a Reese's cup in cookie form.
And the best part - along with how delicious they are - is that these easy keto cookies take under 5 minutes total to make! Plus, they're no bake cookies, so feel free to eat some cookie dough while you make them.
By the way, this recipe will make 3 cookies, so if you want more, just double or triple the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
The ingredients you'll need to make these quick and easy chocolate peanut butter keto cookies are staple keto baking ingredients.
So if you've made any of my Keto Desserts, you probably have everything you need.
Here are the ingredients for the keto peanut butter cookie half:
- 2 tbsp. natural no sugar added peanut butter
- Just less than a ¼ cup blanched almond flour
- 1 heaping tbsp. confectioners swerve
- ½ tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
And for the keto chocolate cookie half:
- 1 tbsp. salted butter
- 3 tbsp. sugar free keto chocolate chips
- ¼ cup blanched almond flour
- 1 heaping tbsp. confectioners swerve
- *Optional: More chocolate chips to add after forming the cookies

MAKING THESE HEALTHY & LOW CARB COOKIES
Now, these are low carb and gluten free cookies that are also low in sugar. And to make them that way, you'll need to use a few key ingredients.
For the base of these keto cookies, I used almond flour. But you can also use an equal amount of walnut flour or sunflower seed flour. Just make sure you DO NOT use coconut flour.
To add a touch of sweetness to these sugar free cookies, I used Confectioners Swerve. And another great option is Lakanto's Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener or really any monk fruit sweetener.
Then for the chocolate chips, I used Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. A substitute that works great for these is ChocZero's No Sugar Chocolate Chips.
Oh, and for the peanut butter, make sure to use natural peanut butter that has no sugar added to it.
If you follow these ingredients suggestions, these low carb cookies will come to just 1 NET CARB each!
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER KETO COOKIES

As you know by now, these easy keto cookies take under 5 minutes to make from scratch.
And the process is as easy as mixing the ingredients to make cookie dough.
So get out the ingredients, and let's make some keto chocolate peanut butter cookies!
STEP 1: MAKING THE KETO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
First, take out a medium-sized bowl and add the natural no sugar added peanut butter to it.
Then add the almond flour, confectioners swerve, pinch of salt, and almond milk to the bowl.
Next, mix all of those ingredients with a spatula until a thick dough starts to form. And when it does, use your hands to make a dough ball out of it, then set the bowl with the dough in it aside.
STEP 2: MAKING THE KETO CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Now, take out a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl and add the butter and chocolate chips to it.
Then pop the bowl in the microwave for about 15 seconds or until the butter just starts to melt. Then mix the butter and chocolate chips to form a thick chocolate sauce.
Next, add the almond flour and confectioners swerve to the bowl of chocolate sauce, and mix everything together until a dough starts to form. And once it does, use your hands to create another dough ball.
STEP 3: FORMING THE THREE KETO COOKIES

By now, you should have two balls of delicious cookie dough ready to be combined.
So, lay a piece of parchment paper down on a working surface and add about ⅓ of the peanut butter cookie dough to it. Then use your hands to shape half of a cookie out of it.
Next, take out ⅓ of the chocolate cookie dough and add it to the side of the peanut butter cookie dough, using your hands to form and shape a complete cookie.
Then I like to add some more chocolate chips on top, but this is totally optional!
Ok, now that you have a complete cookie, repeat that same process 2 more times to make 3 cookies.
STEP 4: EATING THE COOKIES
Now, you can dig right in and eat these as no bake keto cookies!
Or you can warm them up for that soft, ooey-gooey cookie experience. So to do this, microwave your cookies in 2, 15-20 second intervals.
Either way, they'll be super delicious, so enjoy!
STORING THESE KETO COOKIES
These sugar free cookies are almost impossible not to eat right after you make them. And since each one has just 1 NET CARB, you totally can finish all of them off!
But if you want to save one or two, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Then whenever you want this deliciousness, either eat it as is or warm it up in the microwave.

Ingredients
Peanut butter cookie half:

Chocolate cookie half:
1 tbsp. (14g) salted butter
3 tbsp. (15g) sugar free keto chocolate chips
¼ cup (25g) blanched almond flour
1 heaping tbsp. (10g) confectioners swerve
*Optional: More chocolate chips to add after forming the cookies
Instructions
- For the peanut butter cookies, add the peanut butter, almond flour, confectioners swerve, pinch of salt, and almond milk to a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix those ingredients with a spatula until a thick dough forms, then make a dough ball with your hands. Set it aside.
- For the chocolate cookies, add the butter and chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until the butter starts to melt. Mix the butter and chocolate chips to form a thick chocolate sauce.
- Add the almond flour and confectioners swerve to the bowl of chocolate sauce, and mix everything until a dough starts to form. Then, make a dough ball with your hands again.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper on a working surface.
- Add ⅓ of the peanut butter cookie dough to it and use your hands to form half of a cookie.
- Add ⅓ of the chocolate cookie dough to the side of the peanut butter cookie dough and use your hands to form and shape a complete cookie.
- Optional: add some more chocolate chips on top.
- Repeat this process to make 2 more cookies.
- Eat as a no bake cookie or microwave in 2, 15-20 second intervals. Enjoy!
