THE BEST KETO CLUSTERS
These keto nut clusters are a super easy no bake low carb dessert that will satisfy your chocolate cravings.
And they make for the perfect addition to any holiday dessert platter.
Honestly, you could sneak them in with any kind of "regular" dessert tray, and no one would know these keto chocolate clusters are low carb and sugar free!
That's because they're are perfectly sweet, ultra fudgy, and have the most satisfying crunch - without any "funny" taste.
Not to mention, making them could not be any easier! It'll take you under 5 minutes to prepare the clusters, then all you have to do is put them in the freezer for just an hour or two to set.
Also, while they're freezing, you can whip up another keto dessert if you're in charge of bringing some to a party. I suggest making my Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies or these Keto Snowball Cookies. They're a hit everytime I make 'em. And just like these nut clusters, no one will have a clue they're low carb cookies!
INGREDIENTS
So, you'll need only 5 simple ingredients to create this crunchy, chocolatey dessert.
And you can customize these keto clusters in a bunch of different ways.
With that said, here's everything you'll need to make them:
- 3 Tablespoons (45g) Refined Coconut Oil
- 1 ½ Cups Sugar Free Chocolate Chips of choice
- ⅔ Cup (85g) Pecans
- ⅔ Cup (85g) Almonds
- ⅔ Cup (85g) Hazelnuts
- Flakey Salt (if using unsalted nuts)
By the way, if you're planning on using pecans for this recipe, make sure to pick up some extra. You can use them to make these Keto Pecan Pralines and Keto Peanut Butter Nut Clusters next!
CUSTOMIZING THESE KETO CLUSTERS
Now, the ingredients listed above are what I made these clusters out of. But, as I mentioned, they're totally customizable!
One way is that you can use any sugar free chocolate chips you want! I used a mix of Lily's semi-sweet and chocolate salted caramel chocolate chips to make them have the flavor of a chocolate turtle. However, you can also use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or even white chocolate if you'd like!
Of course, another way to customize these nut clusters is to use any keto friendly nuts that you want! And you can use just one kind of nut, or a bunch of different kinds mixed like I did!
Just make sure that they're keto friendly and low carb nuts. If you want some ideas of what you can use, check out my list of the 15 Best Keto Nuts.
HOW TO MAKE KETO CLUSTERS
As I briefly said earlier, making these keto chocolate nut clusters is incredibly easy.
All you really have to do is melt the chocolate, coat the nuts in it, and let the freezer take care of the rest.
So, let's not waste any more time, let's get into the recipe!
STEP 1: MELTING THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Ok, first take out a large microwave-safe bowl, and add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to it.
Then, use a rubber spatula to work the chocolate chips into the coconut oil, combining them.
Next, put the bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate and coconut oil for around 30 seconds, or until the coconut oil turns into a liquid. Alternatively, you can use a double-boiler to do this, but it will take longer to melt the coconut oil & chocolate.
Anyway, once the oil melts, use a spatula to mix the oil and chocolate together until it forms into a thick chocolate sauce.
STEP 2: MAKING THE CLUSTERS
So, now that you have a chocolate sauce, add all of the nuts to the bowl with it. Then, mix them around until they're completely covered in the chocolate.
Then, once the nuts are coated in chocolate, use a tablespoon - or ⅛ measuring cup - to scoop out some of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. After you scoop out all of the chocolaty, nutty mixture onto the baking sheet, put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours so the clusters can set.
Once they're set, take 'em out, and enjoy.
HOW TO STORE KETO CLUSTERS
Ok, so this recipe will make about 10 extra large-sized low carb nut clusters, or 25 normal-sized ones.
And if you have any clusters leftover after making them, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge - or freezer - for up to 2 weeks. I like to keep mine in the freezer for a chilled treat, but you can store yours any way you want.
But, keep in mind, after you take them out of the fridge or freezer, they begin to melt.
WRAPPING IT ALL UP
Well, that is how to make chocolate nut clusters keto friendly!
A sweet, salty, and crunchy chocolate keto recipe doesn't get much better than this one.
And since each one has just over 1 NET CARB, you can enjoy a couple throughout the day! That's what I usually end up doing when I make these.
Well, I hope you enjoy these keto chocolate nut clusters as much as my family and I do. If you make them, leave a comment below and tell me what you think.

I made the Keto chocolate clusters and loved them! I made them for my hubby and he has me making them for him because they do not raise his blood sugars. 1 net carb per cluster that is a winner! He is a diabetic and he also loves these. So easy to make, thanks for the recipes.
