These keto peanut butter nut clusters are incredibly quick and easy to make, amazingly crunchy, and perfectly sweetened - yep, even without sugar. And all you need is just a few minutes, and 4 ingredients to make them! So, if you're looking for one of the best keto dessert recipes there is, look no further, because these peanut butter nut clusters are one of them.
THE BEST KETO NUT CLUSTERS
These low carb nut clusters are the ultimate sweet and salty treat.
So, if you're all about that sweet & salty life - especially when it comes to dessert - you're going to LOVE these nut clusters.
The recipe combines peanuts, pecans, and a smooth peanut butter chocolate sauce to form a delicious nutty-crunchy party in your mouth.
They're basically keto peanut butter fat bombs but with nuts in them.
And the crazy part is there is no sugar in this recipe, and each cluster only has 4 NET CARBS! And that's really a great carb count for how big these nut clusters end up being.
Also, on top of all that awesomeness, this is probably the easiest keto recipe you'll ever make! You can have it done in minutes, and then you just have to wait for these keto peanut butter clusters to harden up in the freezer.
Oh, and this recipe was inspired by Kay from Keto Kalamazoo, so make sure to check her out on instagram for more tasty treats!
INGREDIENTS FOR KETO NUT CLUSTERS
As I mentioned earlier, all you need is 4 ingredients to make this recipe. And they are simple ingredients that you either have or can easily find at the store!
Here is what you'll need:
- ¼ cup no sugar added peanut butter
- ½ cup keto friendly white chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed up pecans
- ½ cup peanuts
Now, I used pecans and peanuts to make the nut clusters. But you can actually use any nuts you want! Just make sure they are keto friendly nuts to keep the recipe as low carb as possible.
And if you like pecans and want some more recipes that use them, you have to try my keto butter pecan ice cream in a mason jar and keto pecan pralines next!
Oh, and by the way, if you have leftover nuts, you can always put them to use by making these chocolate keto nut clusters next.
KEEPING THIS RECIPE LOW CARB
So, as you may have noticed, we will be using peanut butter and low carb white chocolate chips to make a sauce that will coat the nuts.
Having said that, for the peanut butter, I used Smucker's no sugar added peanut butter. But, you can use any brand you want, just make sure the peanut butter has a natural oily consistency and more importantly no added sugars.
As for the white chocolate chips, I used Lily's White Chocolate Chips. These are keto-friendly and also have no sugar added to them.
Another brand that you can use is Choc Zero - they are also keto-friendly chocolate chips with no added sugars.
However, if you don't like white chocolate, feel free to use a keto friendly milk chocolate - or dark - to make this recipe. Your nut clusters will be just as delicious if you do.
HOW TO MAKE KETO PEANUT BUTTER NUT CLUSTERS
Ok, so making this recipe could not be simpler. All you have to do is mix the ingredients and then wait for them to freeze.
Seriously, this recipe is so easy and delicious you'll want to make it every single week!
So, if you're ready to make some nut clusters, let's get to it!
STEP 1: MAKING THE SAUCE
Making the peanut butter chocolate sauce is super easy.
All you need to do is add your peanut butter and chocolate chips to a medium-sized bowl, and give them a little mix.
After they're somewhat combined, put the bowl in the microwave, and cook for about 30 seconds.
Then, take it out of the microwave, and mix the chocolate chips and peanut butter until a thick sauce forms.
STEP 2: CREATING THE NUT CLUSTERS
Now, once you have a thick sauce going on in the bowl, add your crushed up pecans and peanuts to it.
Then, mix all of your ingredients together until they are well combined, and the nuts are thoroughly coated in the peanut butter chocolate sauce.
Next, you'll want to form the nut clusters by scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze your nut clusters for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until they are solid.
After they set, take your nut clusters out and enjoy!
It's as simple as that.
STORING YOUR KETO NUT CLUSTERS
So, if you scoop out about 1 tablespoon-sized nut cluster, this recipe will make 7 large clusters. They are the perfect size to eat, leaving you totally satisfied.
And what's great is you can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to about 7 days. So you can enjoy a cluster every single day during the week!
Then if you want to keep them for longer, you can store them in an airtight container in the freezer for about 3 months. And when you want to eat one, you can either eat it frozen or let it thaw for a little bit in the fridge to soften up.
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
As I mentioned earlier, each keto nut cluster has just 4 NET CARBS! And they are pretty high in fat, making them the ultimate keto treat.
Here are the rest of the macros for 1 cluster:
- 270 Calories
- 18g Fat
- 8g Carbs
- 4g Fiber
- 4 NET CARBS
- 6g Protein
Now, if you want smaller clusters, you can scoop out half a tablespoon, and each one will only have 2 NET CARBS.
Anyway, these keto peanut butter nut cluster fat bombs are sweet and salty, nutty and crunchy, and incredibly delicious. Everyone who tries them - keto or not - thinks they're amazing and has no clue they're sugar-free nut clusters.
Personally, I love using them in place of a protein bar for a low carb snack. But, they also make a great quick breakfast or even dessert!
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.

I am so addicted to these things it's not even funny. I tweaked the recipe a tiny bit by soaking some wet unsweetened cranberries in allulose the day before and adding them to the cluster mix. And when I scoop them out I sprinkle a dash of flaked sea salt on top. At the rate I'm going I will eventually be eating this stuff right out of the bowl! AWESOME!!!!!
