Well, the good news is there are a ton of great high protein cereal options out there that can provide the same flavor and crunch as your favorite cereal and with far less sugar too. As I mentioned, all of these high protein cereals have more than 8g of protein per serving - that's before adding any yogurt or milk to 'em - and most have over 10 grams.
