    The Best High Protein Snacks

    There are a ton of tasty ways to get your daily protein intake beyond meals and protein powders! And one of my favorite ways to get more protein in during the day is with some of these high protein snacks.

    How much protein you need per day varies depending on the person, and these snacks are a great way to help meet your protein goals!

    Chips, cookies, jerky, and protein bars are just some of the snack ideas you'll find on this list, and all of them have 10g of protein or more per serving. 

    Also, on top of that, a lot of these snacks have added health benefits too - like superfood ingredients, added fiber, or healthy fats. So you can say goodbye to empty calories during snack time! 

    Anyway, with all that said, let's dive into this high protein snack list.

    1. Stryve Biltong
